In the interrogation room beneath the party, Lady Serenna and Quinn Adler convince Cain that they are not connected to the death of Piotr.
Juliette Kestrel entered the room and offered a deal to the House Mejora individuals: if they were able to find evidence on who committed the crime, she could see that working in their favour.
She provides information that two individuals are of interest at the party: Zeval Kestrel and Turgan Moll.
Lady Serenna went to charm Zeval Kestrel using her natural talents. Zeval revealed that he was looking to hire assassins, but to kill Philippe Kestrel. He seemed completely unaware of any plot on Piotr’s life and did not seem connected to the assassination of the House Kestrel envoy. Serenna was able to seduce Zeval and gained him as an information asset.
Quinn Adler went to meet Turgan Moll and got invited into his office to discuss business. A deal was eventually made with Turgan Moll that in exchange for information on whoever bought the Leviathan Vipers, House Mejora would allow him to store certain goods without documentation and also to have a prisoner currently held by House Eigenshaw killed.
The documents provided by Turgan Moll revealed that Stanley Oswald was the one who had Piotr killed.
Serenna and Quinn analysed the documents provided and revealed that they were indeed a very well-crafted forgery. After much discussion, they decided it would be best for them and the house if Stanley took the fall for the incident.
Regrouping with Juliette Kestrel to provide the information they had gathered, she and Cain also realised the documents were fake. With this information, they came to an agreement that Zeval Kestrel and Stanley Oswald were to take the blame for the assassination of Piotr Te Kaan.
Juliette informally suggested an alliance between House Kestrel and House Mejora in the form of a marriage arrangement between Lady Serenna and Philippe Kestrel - although nothing was formally arranged yet.
