The camera drifts through the crew's new hideout - cramped bunks, overflowing storage, junk rooms stacked with potential. It's functional, barely comfortable, and clearly waiting for eddies and upgrades to turn it into something better.
The crew heads out to a Night Market, neon-lit and packed with desperate sellers and quiet deals.
Miyagi stops at a stall run by a one-eyed vendor, searching for Arasaka's latest thinking. Instead of chrome, he walks away with something stranger - an Arasaka-printed Bible. When the vendor offers to haggle, Miyagi simply pays more than asked.
Rollcage grabs three new Samurai CDs for the car, clearly pleased with himself.
Frost gets her armour repaired, then visits a stall run by a vendor with a sharp blue bob - leaving with a stiletto dagger and a couple of flashbangs.
Neon slips into a more secretive corner, dealing with a hacker vendor for new programs and hardware.
Rollcage also picks up fresh car parts. Back at the hideout, he walks Miyagi through upgrades and fixes - while Miyagi enthusiastically monologues about Arasaka the entire time.
DangerMaus drops by the hideout, casual but focused. He asks Miyagi to rework the scavenged gear from the last job into usable drugs for rehab facilities. Samurai music blasts through the hideout as Miyagi works - and does a damn good job.
Later, DangerMaus returns with a problem. One of his shipments heading to rehab has been intercepted. Last signal: Little China, heading toward Japantown. He wants answers - and his meds back.
Rollcage drives them in. The city shifts - red lanterns, dense signage, and the familiar hum of Night City replaced with Mandarin chatter and watchful eyes.
The tracker's last ping leads them to a narrow alley - perfect for an ambush. Tyger Claw graffiti coats the walls.
Neon confirms there's no CCTV, but tyre marks tell the story of a forced roadblock used to funnel the truck inside.
Frost and Miyagi question nearby streetrats. Frost hangs back - her presence feels hostile - and Miyagi takes the lead. They get nothing useful.
Further down the alley, Frost knocks on a dumpster. A man peeks out. Miyagi recognises him instantly - Homeless Dave, the same man from the warehouse job. Dave doesn't recognise them.
Dave wants food for info. Frost hands over kibble. Miyagi adds a food stick. Dave happily takes both. Inside the dumpster is furniture - Dave's been upgraded.
He explains the Tyger Claws paid him to block the road with shopping carts. He was nearly run over, but remembers enough. He saw the driver dragged from the cab. The truck was taken. And if the cops showed up, he was told to send them to a specific location - meaning the real location is probably the opposite way.
Miyagi gives Dave money for toothpaste. Frost pushes a little harder, with a little extra cash - and Dave hands over a datachip.
Nearby, Miyagi spots boots under a tarp. The truck's driver is dead - shot by three different weapons.
Neon plugs in the chip and is immediately assaulted by aggressive, sleazy adverts - but digs through them. They uncover Tyger Claw instructions:
"Do not kill the driver."
An address follows: 186 Kamenko.
Final line: "The Dogs will love these."
Frost and Neon don't recognise the phrase. Miyagi does - and panics.
The Dogs are a gang hunting him. They know who he is. They know his past. Neon offers a calming hit from her flask.
They find the address - a shanty sprawl of abandoned apartments. The target building is a two-storey garage complex with a high brick wall, barbed wire, shipping containers, and a large yard. Almost certainly where the truck's being held.
The plan forms quickly: recon by day, hit it at night. Disguise Miyagi. Get in quiet.
Frost scouts the area and finds a lone woman who recognises her as a celebrity and is a big fan. Frost convinces her to help - hands over a flashbang and clear instructions if a distraction's needed.
Rollcage watches for the truck or containers. Miyagi studies security - spots multiple moving cameras. A netrunner is likely inside. The back alley looks like their best way in.
Darkness falls. The crew slips behind the compound.
Neon struggles with the fence lock. Frost gets impatient and forces it open. They move through the camera's blind spots. Neon ducks behind a box and jacks in, fighting through more ad spam to gain control of camera movement. The rest of the crew advances unseen.
Miyagi cracks open a shipping container - inside are scrapped car parts and bodies stripped of cyberware. Scav work. Not typical Tyger Claw behaviour.
They move toward the building. Guards pass inside. Rollcage boosts Miyagi and Frost up to an outer ledge leading to a balcony. Miyagi glides across effortlessly. Frost slips - just slightly. A guard smoking on the balcony hears it.
Miyagi lunges - missteps - and falls back to the ground floor. Before the guard can react, Frost charges and throws him over the railing. The body hits hard. Something snaps. Miyagi drags it out of sight.
Inside, Rollcage spots a makeshift chemical lab - and the stolen truck. A worker beneath it listens to music, oblivious. Rollcage smashes him with a lead pipe.
Upstairs, Miyagi climbs a side staircase. Frost peeks through a door - two guards inside, one clearly a netrunner. Miyagi appears in the opposite doorway.
Miyagi charges, hammering the netrunner with punches. Frost lunges with her dagger - misses twice. The netrunner fires wildly and dives for his laptop, jacking in. The other guard opens up with an assault rifle, tearing into Frost.
Downstairs, more guards respond. One tries to wake a sleeping ganger -Rollcage fires through the sofa, flattening both.
Miyagi draws Frialita, shooting the netrunner twice as he stumbles deeper into the Net - right where Neon already is.
Frost retreats, bleeding. Miyagi takes a round to the spine.
In the Net, Neon battles a Kraken, then a Black ICE, pushing deeper despite the chaos.
Outside, Rollcage takes fire and retreats for cover - then gets hit again.
Upstairs, Miyagi rushes the netrunner, fires point-blank, and rips him out of the Net. The dying man looks past him at the other guard and whispers: "We'll always have Peru."
Neon breaks through into the Vault and finds a corrupted file: "The Dogs: Toof"
Another guard charges up the stairs - Miyagi drops him, the body tumbling back down.
Rollcage blasts the last outside guard in the chest and shouts: "WE'RE LEAVING!"
Upstairs, the final heavy goes down after Miyagi disarms him and Frost finishes the job - stabbing again and again, rage pouring out of her as the body collapses.
On him: a massive keyring. One key fits the truck.
Everyone's bleeding. Miyagi does what patch-ups he can. They pile into the lorry and Rollcage floors it. In the rear-view mirror, cars pull up to the facility - seconds too late.
They make it home. DangerMaus is thrilled to have the shipment back. The crew doesn't even celebrate - they collapse into their rooms, battered and exhausted. The city hums outside. The Dogs are still out there.
